I highly recommend WonderPoint Wellness Centre! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed into a serene, healing environment where Jennifer’s warmth and professionalism immediately put you at ease. Jennifer is truly a gifted healer and her expertise in massage cupping is phenomenal. Intuitively, I think the massage cupping treatments have rewired my nervous system to relax. As multiple massaging cups were positioned on different regions of my back and/or body, I could initially feel my nervous system try to fight and tighten but, eventually, it got too tired and confused about which areas to focus on because there were so many areas being massaged simultaneously at once. After some time, it felt like my nervous system finally gave in, and it soon realized that I am, in fact, safe and not in any danger. It feels like this has helped with the flight or fight response.Having tried many healing modalities over the years, I can confidently say that Jennifer’s intuitive approach and dedication to her clients’ well-being are highly valuable. Her depth of knowledge, skill, and heartfelt dedication to wellness is truly remarkable. Beyond Jennifer’s technical skills, she goes above and beyond by sharing profound life advice that resonates deeply. I had a terrible experience with the service at this establishment. My first two visits were acceptable, but the quality of service deteriorated significantly during my third visit. I returned mainly because I enjoyed the cupping equipment, which helped relieve my stressed muscles. However, this visit was by far the worst.There was a complete lack of privacy in the treatment room. After changing my clothes, I noticed the door was left halfway open, making me uncomfortable. During my massage, Jennifer was on the phone dealing with her banking issues while also taking calls for same-day bookings. This split attention was frustrating. When another customer arrived, she left me halfway through the massage to assist them. As a result, I struggled to get comfortable, trying to adjust the cupping equipment while holding my towel with one hand.I decided I had enough and waited patiently for Jennifer to return to my room. Unfortunately, she took about 10 minutes, which added up to a total wait time of 25 minutes. When she finally came out, I asked how to pay since I didn’t want to leave without compensating for the 10-minute massage I received. Without inquiring about my experience, she dismissively said, “Okay, you don’t need to pay. You can go.” This response infuriated me, and I asked if she really cared about her customers, but she didn’t reply. The doctor was present as well but remained silent.Another walk-in witnessed this unpleasant exchange, and I felt completely disheartened. I’ve decided that I will never return to this place again.

Went in with bad posture and frozen shoulder and within two sessions, I see huge difference already. All the cupping treatment combined with other heat therapy and accupunture has helped me release so much of tension around my shoulder and neck. I’d totally recommend Jennifer and Dr. Jay and I’ll return again.

Jennifer, the founder and owner of the spa, personally took care of me during my visit. Compared to other spa houses, she first asked me what’s my pressing concern in my body that pushed me to seek for a massage that night.I liked how she explained the massage process to me and how it can help with my back pain. Apparently she solved most of my concerns 😌 from posture, digestion, and lethargy.Soooo good! Well recommended! Coming back again.

The clinic was impeccably clean, and their equipment was well.
